Annual PTO Fall Craft Show


The annual Saint Cecilia Fall Craft Show, sponsored by the Saint Cecilia PTO, will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9:00 – 3:00 p.m. The vendor application is now available below. If you would like to download a paper copy of the Vendor Application, you can do so by clicking here.

Online payments may be made through Faith Direct by clicking here. Please write in the ‘Note’ field of the One-Time Gift that the payment if for the craft show fee.

If you are a vendor and need assistance with your application, please e-mail Michelle Brickner or Jen Moore at stceciliaPTO@gmail.com. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we are no longer accepting applications for direct sales vendors.

Have you been a vendor with St. Cecilia Craft Show in the Past? *
Are your items hand crafted? Please note that at this time, we are no longer accepting applications for direct sales vendors. *

*Please note that we limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors that we accept into our craft show. These vendors will be assigned to a designated ‘Direct Sales’ are of the venue.

We have 2 booth size rentals available, 8 ft. or 12 ft. Please indicate the number of booths and the size you are requesting. All of your belongings, including any self-standing displays must fit into the designated space. Overflow outside of the purchased rental space will not be permitted.

Tables may be rented for a fee of $5.00 each and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Please indicate the size and quantity of tables you are requesting to rent. You may also bring your own table(s).

There are a limited number of booths with access to electrical outlets. These will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

*As this craft show is a PTO fundraiser to aid with resources and materials for our students and teachers here at St. Cecilia School, we kindly require that each vendor donate one of their crafts/merchandise to our raffle as part of our contractual agreement. The value of this item should be $10 or more.

I have carefully read the terms of this contract/agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that Saint Cecilia Parish, School, and PTO assumes no liability in the event of theft, loss, or damage to property or merchandise or injury to persons in connection to this show. All fees are non-refundable. The undersigned also hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold all of the organizations and individuals leaving his/her property on the premises of St. Cecilia.
